e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed until 24 hours after purchase. It is the responsibility of the holder to redeem the full value of the e-Gift Card on or before they expire.

e-Gift Cards are not refundable, not transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other gift products.

Lost and expired e-Gift Cards will not be extended, replaced or exchanged for cash.

e-Gift Cards will expire 36 months from date of purchase. Card expiry shown on receipt received on redemption in store.
